Customer Support Representative (Remote Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join DarioHealth’s remote team. You will assist B2C members with inquiries, technical issues, and product information during the night shift (8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST), ensuring compliance with regulatory policies.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to member concerns, questions, and technical needs via phone, email, and chat.
• Inform members about Dario products and services and upsell when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate customer records in line with regulatory policies.
• Deliver courteous, patient, and culturally‑sensitive service.
• Collaborate with global teams across time zones to ensure a seamless member experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication; additional language (e.g., Spanish) a plus.
• Strong telephone etiquette and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn, analyze, and convey complex information.
• Prior customer service or support experience.
• Quiet, private home office with reliable high‑speed internet (≥10 Mbps down / 5 Mbps up).

Required skills

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency with web‑based and mobile applications.
