Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Support Associate to manage inbound and outbound interactions across phone, WhatsApp, chat and email. The role focuses on resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring a seamless experience from the first query to final resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Manage customer queries through WhatsApp, chat, and email.
• Resolve concerns related to orders, deliveries, products, payments, refunds, subscriptions and other service issues.
• Follow up on pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
• Coordinate with Operations, Delivery, Finance, Quality and other teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, complaints and resolutions.
• Handle escalations and ensure proper follow‑up until closure.
• Identify recurring complaints and share feedback with management.
• Support customer retention and contribute to overall satisfaction.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in customer support or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Comfortable handling both voice calls and written communication.
• Good problem‑solving and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and customer support tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
