Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to act as the primary liaison between VIP cars and its customers. In this role you will handle inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a high level of satisfaction for both existing and prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers through phone calls, live chat and email.
  • Identify customer needs, clarify information and research issues to provide timely solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships by taking ownership of each interaction.
  • Record all conversations accurately in the call‑center database.
  • Meet or exceed established call‑center performance metrics while delivering consistent service.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Required profile

  • Graduate degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Good typing speed for accurate log entry.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts.
  • Dependable, adaptable and focused on team goals.
