About the role

Join Infosys BPM’s International Voice Process team in Pune, providing 24/7 voice support to customers worldwide. This full-time, on-site position involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle voice support for international customers.
  • Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions.
  • Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.

Required profile

  • Excellent verbal communication in English.
  • Customer-centric attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts, including US/night shifts.
  • Any full-time graduate (15 years of formal education), 0-5 years of experience.
