About the role
Join Infosys BPM’s International Voice Process team in Pune, providing 24/7 voice support to customers worldwide. This full-time, on-site position involves handling inbound calls, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Handle voice support for international customers.
- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate solutions.
- Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication in English.
- Customer-centric attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with 24x7 rotational shifts, including US/night shifts.
- Any full-time graduate (15 years of formal education), 0-5 years of experience.
