Customer Support Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vikhroli, Mumbai. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. The role combines inbound support with outbound outreach to build strong, lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for promotions and lead generation.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company offerings.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow‑ups with interested customers.
• Maintain regular follow‑ups to ensure customer engagement.
• Update and manage customer data in CRM or Excel.
• Coordinate with team members regarding customer updates and requirements.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead‑generation targets.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele‑calling or customer support.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer‑friendly approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle queries, resolve concerns, and work in a target‑driven environment.
