About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our Bengaluru office and deliver exceptional assistance to our customers across multiple channels. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our customer‑first philosophy.

Key responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat and social media.
  • Provide accurate product and service information.
  • Resolve complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑ups.
  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
  • Achieve response time and performance targets while upholding high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of proven experience in customer support or a call‑center environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle both inbound and outbound communications (calls, chats, emails).
  • Willingness to work a six‑day rotational shift.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with standard office productivity tools.
