About the role
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive to join our Bengaluru office and deliver exceptional assistance to our customers across multiple channels. The role involves handling inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience that reflects our customer‑first philosophy.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat and social media.
- Provide accurate product and service information.
- Resolve complaints and issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow‑ups.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Achieve response time and performance targets while upholding high satisfaction levels.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of proven experience in customer support or a call‑center environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle both inbound and outbound communications (calls, chats, emails).
- Willingness to work a six‑day rotational shift.
Required skills
- Proficiency with standard office productivity tools.
