Customer Support Executive – French Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who is fluent in French to join our Gurugram office. The role involves delivering high‑quality support to French‑speaking customers, primarily handling inquiries and resolving issues in line with our global service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in French and English.
• Diagnose and resolve technical or service‑related problems efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the company’s support system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely issue escalation.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 level proficiency in both French and English (verbal and written).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably with exposure to Canadian customer expectations.
• Graduates or undergraduates are eligible to apply.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• Fluency in French (C1) and English.
