Customer Success Manager (Spanish Fluent)

About the role

As a Customer Success Manager you will guide VWO’s clients in improving their conversion rates using our experimentation platform. You will work closely with sales, account management and technical teams to ensure customers achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the success of an assigned portfolio of customers, tracking key performance metrics and defining strategies to boost conversion rates.
• Design, implement and manage customers’ experimentation programs.
• Lead onboarding for new clients and deliver operational training sessions.
• Build strong relationships to foster loyalty and trust.
• Resolve issues, manage complaints and act as the primary communication link between customers and internal teams.
• Drive retention by minimizing churn and contraction.

Required profile

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer‑facing role with a proven record of increasing satisfaction.
• Analytical mindset able to turn complex data into actionable plans.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and SaaS business models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
