About the role
Tata Consultancy Services is hosting a walk‑in interview for Customer Service Specialists to join its Domestic Banking contact centre in Bengaluru. The position covers both voice and non‑voice interactions as well as real‑time adherence monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and service emails within defined SLAs.
- Authenticate customers, document interactions and update cases accurately in CRM systems.
- Resolve queries related to accounts, cards, payments and digital banking, escalating when required.
- Achieve targets for AHT, First Contact Resolution, NPS, accuracy and compliance while maintaining schedule adherence.
- Follow information‑security, data‑privacy and KYC guidelines.
Required profile
- Graduate (10+2+3) with at least 10 months of relevant experience, or HSC (10+2) with at least 18 months of experience in a domestic/international voice process.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 30‑60 days notice preferred.
- Willingness to work six days a week on day shift at the Whitefield campus.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and one regional language.
- Valid government ID (Aadhar/PAN) and all educational/employment documents.
