Customer Service Representative – Voice/Chat (Associate)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Pune team as Customer Service Representatives handling voice and chat interactions. The role involves assisting customers through inbound and outbound channels, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Resolve complaints, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Provide product, service and process information to customers.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards and service guidelines.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal departments for timely issue resolution.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (or currently studying) as per company requirements.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, BPO, call centre or related field; freshers are encouraged.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and a customer‑centric attitude.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
