Customer Service Representative – Lead Generation

About the role

The Customer Service Representative (Client Support) will engage potential customers through outbound and inbound calls, explain CenturyIQ's products and services, and convert leads into qualified prospects for the UAE sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound inquiries from the website and other lead sources.
• Explain and pitch company products and services clearly, addressing queries and highlighting benefits.
• Guide customers step‑by‑step on completing application forms and submitting required details.
• Identify customer needs, assess product suitability, and convert leads into qualified prospects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate, qualify, and nurture leads for the UAE sales team.
• Follow up with website visitors, inquiries, and existing leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate calling records, lead status, and customer information in CRM or tracking systems.
• Schedule follow‑up calls and ensure timely closure or escalation to the relevant team.
• Share regular updates and reports on call activities, lead conversions, and follow‑up status.
• Support sales campaigns, promotions, and outreach initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline (business, marketing or communications preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer engagement or lead generation.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance or related sectors.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic data management.
