About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to join our Healthcare and Electronic Retail Customer Service team in Bengaluru. The position involves handling inbound voice calls, providing accurate information, and delivering an exceptional experience to every caller.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries exclusively through voice calls.
  • Provide accurate product, service, policy, order, and claim information.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain call quality and meet productivity standards.
  • Update customer details and interaction records in the system.

Required profile

  • Open to freshers and experienced candidates from any educational background.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Comfortable working onsite at our Bengaluru offices.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
