Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide professional assistance to our clients via email, text, and chat. You will act as the front‑line voice of the company, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely resolutions. This role supports US business hours and collaborates closely with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Explain DDC’s products and services professionally through email, text message, or chat.
• Engage with customers with warmth, empathy, and patience throughout each interaction.
• Take appropriate actions to resolve customer problems and concerns.
• Escalate issues that require additional knowledge or authority to leadership.
• Communicate promptly with US teams via email, chat, and ticketing systems.
• Follow DDC procedures and guidelines to align services with the company’s mission and vision.
• Perform other duties as assigned or become evident.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in customer service, preferably in a contact‑center environment.
• Fluent in spoken, written, and read English with proper grammar.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, chat, and ticketing platforms.
• Attention to detail in documenting interactions and tracking follow‑ups.
• Flexibility to work shifts covering US business hours.
