About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to handle international web‑chat and email enquiries. The role is based in Kolkata and involves direct interaction with customers in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via web‑chat and email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Work within Agile project teams, meeting defined deadlines and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand issues and provide workable solutions.
- Maintain high standards of accountability and documentation for all interactions.
Required profile
- Graduate degree with 1‑5 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 2‑3 years in international customer service projects, preferably front‑office operations.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle ambiguous situations, and meet tight timelines.
- Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including weekends, and adapt to shifting priorities.
