Customer Service Representative – B2B Support (Bangalore)

About the role
Join MSI Services' Sales Support team in Bangalore as a Customer Service Representative. You will handle B2B customer interactions across phone, chat, and email, supporting both sales and service functions.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from B2B customers.
- Make outbound calls for lead generation and sales support.
- Handle chat queries and provide email support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Required profile
- 1–4 years of experience in international voice process.
- Strong relationship‑management and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work flexibly, including night shifts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in French.
- Immediate or short‑notice availability, preferably based in Bangalore.
