Customer Service Professional

About the role

Join Siemens' Smart Infrastructure team as a Customer Service Professional, driving revenue, customer satisfaction, and project execution across energy and building solutions. You will act as a bridge between customers, field engineers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement company policies on service, safety, and environmental protection.
• Forecast monthly revenue, order intake, and cash flow; prepare management decks for business reviews.
• Track progress and profitability of open service projects and review cash collection weekly.
• Promote digitalization initiatives such as digital contracts and remote connectivity.
• Lead contract renewal, spare parts, and retrofit business growth.
• Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings to address team challenges and foster a customer‑first culture.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress, motivate field engineers, and ensure timely execution.
• Oversee team performance, provide training in software and hardware, and manage attrition.
• Support escalation of operational activities including purchase orders, logistics, and taxation.
• Provide L2 technical support for CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Building Management Systems (BMS) and Fire Alarm Systems (FAS).

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills for forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Customer‑centric mindset with proven ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and senior management.
