Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the primary point of contact for clients in Dubai, handling inquiries about shipments, schedules, documentation and service options. Working on‑site, you will ensure timely and accurate information is delivered, supporting the company’s commitment to reliable maritime logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and other channels, providing shipment status and related information.
• Coordinate with operations, sales and documentation teams to resolve issues and update customers.
• Manage service requests, address complaints and follow up on open cases to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records in the customer management system and prepare basic reports.
• Support continuous improvement of customer service processes.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing capabilities and experience in customer service, preferably in shipping, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.

• Competence with standard office software for documentation and reporting.
