Customer Service Executive – Gurgaon

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to manage the day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of our Gurgaon branch. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines while supporting sales and vendor processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial processes such as receipting, banking, reconciliation, cheque dishonour management and cash handling with 100 % accuracy.
• Maintain safe custody of cash boxes, keys and office assets and reconcile branch assets regularly.
• Identify, register and manage local vendors, process procurement invoices, and facilitate NEFT payments.
• Coordinate branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other support functions.
• Support advisor licensing, sales reward programmes, training coordination and preparation of MIS reports and dashboards.
• Handle legal, compliance and taxation tasks, including timely tax remittance and representation on compliance matters.
• Ensure confidentiality of information and manage high‑volume periods with limited system validation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch operations, financial processing and compliance support.
• Ability to work extended hours and adapt to fluctuating workload volumes.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
• Excellent coordination skills across multiple internal functions and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating multiple business systems.
• Knowledge of NEFT, cheque processing and cash handling procedures.
• Experience with MIS preparation and dashboard reporting.
