Customer Service Associate – Voice

About the role

Accenture, a global professional services firm, is looking for a Customer Service Associate – Voice to join its multilingual call‑center team. The associate will deliver front‑line assistance to customers via telephone, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues and ensuring a seamless experience across Accenture’s digital, cloud and security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to routine customer calls, applying established guidelines and best‑practice procedures.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on pending actions.
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to supervisors or specialized support teams.
• Collaborate with peers to achieve service‑level agreements and quality targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and knowledge‑share sessions to stay current with Accenture’s service offerings.
• Adapt to rotational shift patterns to provide 24/7 coverage for global customers.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in customer service, call‑center or voice support environments.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, prioritize tasks and manage high call volumes.
• Results‑driven attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Agility to adapt to evolving processes and technology platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) to support French‑language customers.
