Customer Service Associate – Spanish Night Shift

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Spanish‑speaking Customer Service Associate to join its night‑shift team. Working from 6:00 PM to 3:30 AM IST, you will support customers in Spanish‑speaking regions, handling routine inquiries and issues in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in Spanish via phone, email or chat during the fixed night shift.
• Resolve routine problems by following established guidelines and referring to precedent.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent service quality.
• Support Procure‑to‑Pay processes, manage disputes and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle multiple stakeholder interactions while working under pressure.

Required profile

• Graduation in any discipline.
• 1‑3 years of customer service or related experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written).
• Ability to work a fixed night shift (6:00 PM‑3:30 AM IST) without schedule changes.

Required skills

• Spanish language – advanced.
