Customer Service Associate – Retirement Services

About the role

The Customer Service Associate will support Accenture's Retirement Services team, handling monetary and non‑monetary transactions for US‑based retirement plans. You will ensure accurate processing, maintain client confidentiality, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Process monetary and non‑monetary transactions for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy.
• Review and validate participant requests, meeting compliance and documentation requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client information and adhere to all relevant policies and regulations.
• Research and respond to queries from Business Partners and Client Support Teams with minimal response time.
• Participate in process improvements and automation projects.
• Ensure adherence to Quality Control standards and prioritize high‑value transactions.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in US Retirement Services (Defined Contributions).
• Hands‑on experience with Money‑Out processes such as Required Minimum Distribution, systematic withdrawal, in‑service withdrawal, rollover out, and lump‑sum distribution.
• Graduate degree preferred (commerce background not mandatory).
• Willingness to work night shifts based on business needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent typing accuracy, attention to detail, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
