About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to handle routine client inquiries and issues. Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Arabic.
• Ability to perform under pressure and commit to quality.
• Strong client‑relationship and dispute‑resolution skills.
