About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its client‑facing team. In this position you will handle routine inquiries, resolve issues using established guidelines, and support customers throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Address routine customer problems by following standard procedures and referencing precedents.
• Interact primarily with team members and direct supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Follow detailed instructions for daily tasks and new assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of decisions that affect your own work.
• Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and uphold strong client connections.
• Handle disputes and deliver quality service under pressure.
• Work rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant customer‑service experience.
• Expert level proficiency in Arabic.
• Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service.

Required skills

• Arabic language – expert.
