Customer Service Associate – Content Moderator

About the role
Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join its Trust & Safety team as a Content Moderator. You will help keep online platforms safe by reviewing user‑generated content and ensuring it complies with client policies.
Key responsibilities
- Review user profiles, audio, video, text, and image content for policy compliance.
- Investigate flagged items, apply client guidelines, and document findings.
- Escalate or resolve issues reported by users or identified by automated systems.
- Handle potentially graphic, violent, or sexual material while maintaining professional resilience.
Required profile
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Proficiency in Punjabi language.
- Strong emotional resilience, stress‑management, and ability to work objectively without personal bias.
