About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Service Analyst – Voice to join its customer support operations. The analyst will focus on analyzing and resolving lower‑complexity issues for Spanish‑speaking customers, working closely with internal teams and following detailed instructions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and solve lower‑complexity customer problems delivered via voice channels.
• Interact daily with peers across Accenture to gather information and provide updates.
• Follow moderate‑level guidance on routine tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments.
• Maintain accurate records of actions taken and decisions made.
• Contribute as an individual team member while adhering to rotational shift schedules when required.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related support functions.
• Any graduate degree.
• Expert level proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
