Customer Sales Executive (Rohtak)

About the role

The Customer Sales Executive will act as PepsiCo's representative in the Rohtak market, managing relationships with distributors and driving sales growth. You will plan, deploy and execute joint business plans, coach distributor teams and ensure the availability of products across outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement joint business plans with distributors.
• Coach and support distributor sales representatives to expand business.
• Plan efficient sales routes to boost productivity.
• Increase net and weighted distribution by adding outlets and SKU counts.
• Ensure stock availability, proper rack execution and compliance with planograms.
• Build strong market relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide one‑on‑one training, set monthly targets and monitor performance of salesmen.
• Communicate incentives, motivate teams and manage recruitment/retention of sales representatives.
• Minimize expiry and stale stock by enforcing FIFO and stacking norms.
• Track timely order deliveries and ensure food compliance for all distributors.

Required profile

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in FMCG sales or distribution.
• Strong knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution models.
• Analytical ability, problem‑solving, negotiation and communication skills.
• People management, time management, critical thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
