Team Leader - Lending Relationship Management (LRM)

About the role

Lead the sales and distribution of Paytm’s financial products in the assigned rural area, acting as the primary brand representative. Manage end‑to‑end customer relationships, from lead generation to final purchase, while driving market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Grow distribution and market share in the assigned rural region.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor a field sales team (FSE) to achieve targets.
• Plan market coverage, geography, and team deployment.
• Communicate plans and targets effectively to minimise gaps between expectations and delivery.
• Monitor quality parameters and conduct audits on acquisitions and sales.
• Ensure team presence in active sales zones and drive regular usage.
• Promote cross‑sell products such as Merchant Loan, Personal Loan, Gold SIP, and merchant upgrades.
• Travel extensively across the designated area to build networks and support the team.

Required profile

• Graduate degree required; post‑graduation preferred.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities with a quick learning mindset.
• Excellent networking skills and willingness to travel frequently.
• Good understanding of lending products and ability to train team members.
