About the role
The Customer Sales Executive will act as PepsiCo’s market representative, driving sales growth through distributor partnerships and direct outlet coverage in Kanpur. The role focuses on executing joint business plans, expanding distribution, and ensuring product availability across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve secondary monthly sales targets and gross revenue growth.
- Plan efficient sales routes to boost productivity and increase net distribution.
- Expand weighted distribution by adding SKUs to existing outlets.
- Maintain stock availability and execute planograms on shelves.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, hubs, and sales representatives to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Provide one‑on‑one training to PSRs, set monthly targets, and coach on market execution.
- Monitor sales performance through regular reports and motivate teams with incentives.
- Manage distributor appointments, health (ROI), and adherence to joint business plans.
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and FIFO/stacking norms to minimize expiry and stale stock.
- Ensure timely order delivery and food compliance for all distributors.
Required profile
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
