Customer & Program Solutions Apprentice (12‑month)

About the role

Join Airbus India’s Digital for Customer & Program Solutions team in Bangalore as a Customer & Program Solutions Apprentice. Over a 12‑month period you will work on real digital projects, supporting the design, development and maintenance of cutting‑edge applications for Airbus.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of digital solutions using modern tech stacks such as Python, Java, Node.js, React, Angular, AWS Cloud and Palantir Foundry.
• Support the integration of AI and data‑driven capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum teams, architects and business stakeholders to deliver, test and continuously improve digital products.
• Participate in innovation initiatives, prototyping and experimentation with new technologies.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (undergraduate or postgraduate) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics/Electrical or a related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals and zero full‑time professional work experience.
• Willingness to commit to the full 12‑month apprenticeship.

• Python (strong fundamentals)

• Understanding of data structures
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Basic AWS knowledge (nice to have)
• Exposure to Machine Learning / Generative AI (nice to have)
• Palantir Foundry (nice to have)
