Customer Master Data Manager – O2C with BPMD

About the role

We are looking for an expert in Customer Master Data Management to standardise and continuously optimise the customer master landscape for Bosch Mobility Aftermarket worldwide. You will act as the point of contact for requirements management and drive data‑centric digitalisation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Standardise and optimise the global customer master data landscape.
• Create business master‑data concepts in alignment with operational departments, process owners and central governance.
• Conduct FIT/GAP analyses and lead data‑clean‑up activities for IT projects.
• Implement concepts within SAP S/4 HANA projects, perform end‑to‑end testing and deliver key‑user training.
• Lead customer‑master digitalisation initiatives and introduce KPI‑driven analytics solutions.
• Support and educate peers on data modelling and rule‑based master data management.
• Provide 3rd‑level support and consultancy to key users.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in Customer Master Data Management (O2C with BPMD).
• In‑depth knowledge of O2C processes, SAP R/3, SAP S/4 HANA MDM and Athena Stibo‑Step.
• Strong project‑management, data‑and‑information‑modelling and agile‑methodology skills.
• Business‑fluent English (written and spoken) and a B.E. or B.Tech degree.
