AI/ML Engineer – GenAI & Cloud Solutions

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer (4‑6 years) to design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end generative AI and machine‑learning solutions. You will work on large‑language‑model (LLM) integrations, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and cloud‑native AI services across Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement ML and GenAI solutions, including RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
• Develop API‑based AI applications using FastAPI, Flask, or Plotly Dash.
• Build complete ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Deploy workloads on Azure App Service, Cloud Run, Azure Bot Service, Dialogflow, and other cloud platforms.
• Implement MLOps workflows for CI/CD, model registry, experiment tracking, and automated retraining.
• Create ETL/ELT pipelines with Azure Data Factory, BigQuery, Databricks, and manage data quality, lineage, and governance.
• Produce dashboards and analytical insights using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, or ThoughtSpot.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of hands‑on experience in machine learning, generative AI, and cloud‑native deployments.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment.

• Python (advanced) and SQL.
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript (working knowledge).
• LangChain, LangGraph, Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock.
• Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Document Intelligence.
• RAG architectures, embeddings, vector retrieval, prompt engineering, guardrails.
• BigQuery, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks.
• Blob Storage, Cloud Storage, Document AI.
• Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, ThoughtSpot.
• Docker and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps.
