About the role
Tukxi is looking for a Customer Experience Associate to join its fast‑growing team in Kochi‑Infopark. You will be the first point of contact for passengers using Tukxi’s smart auto‑rickshaw and cab services, helping them with queries, issues, and overall experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, chat, or email.
- Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and patient attitude.
- Record all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal team.
- Work rotational shifts, including mornings, evenings, and nights as required.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills in regional language(s) and English.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy.
- Willingness to work flexible, shift‑based schedules.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Required skills
- Experience using CRM tools to track customer interactions.
