Customer Contact Communications Associate – Messaging

About the role

Accenture is seeking a Customer Contact Communications Associate to handle inbound digital messaging for business customers. You will provide timely assistance on billing, product enquiries, device support, and account administration while identifying opportunities to drive sales and retain customers.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat and other digital messaging channels.
• Resolve issues related to billing, payments, product and service questions, and device support.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Identify and act on value‑added opportunities that support revenue growth and customer retention.
• Manage multiple concurrent chat conversations while maintaining high quality service.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in customer service, digital support, or inbound messaging (B2B preferred).
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to spot sales and retention opportunities.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using live‑chat or digital messaging platforms.
• Ability to navigate multiple digital tools simultaneously.
