About the role

Join Accenture's Customer Support vertical as a Customer Contact Communications Associate. You will handle customer queries, escalations and complaints across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve customer inquiries via email and chat, maintaining high quality standards.
• Handle escalations and complaints, providing effective solutions within defined SLAs.
• Analyze and solve lower‑complexity problems, documenting resolutions.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors, following moderate‑level instructions for daily tasks.
• Work in rotational shifts as required, contributing as an individual team member.
