Customer Contact Communications Associate

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Customer Contact Communications Associate to join its Customer Support vertical. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, ensuring their queries, escalations and complaints are resolved promptly and within service‑level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Diagnose and resolve routine issues, refer complex cases to appropriate teams, and close faults within SLA.
• Manage escalations and complaints, providing clear communication and satisfactory resolutions.
• Support omnichannel initiatives by delivering a consistent experience across online, mobile and in‑store touchpoints.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, following provided guidelines and instructions.
• Work rotational shifts as required to ensure 24/7 coverage.

Required profile

• Any graduate degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or contact‑center environments.
• Proficient written and verbal English (international level).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shift patterns.
