About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident Customer Care Executives to join our dynamic team in the healthcare sector. In this call‑center position you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, providing support, answering inquiries, and converting interested prospects into sales.

Key responsibilities

Answer customer inquiries professionally over the phone.
Deliver excellent service while converting hot leads into bookings or sales.
Understand customer needs and guide them through our services and products.
Follow up with leads to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with teammates according to a roster‑based shift schedule.
Meet daily performance targets and uphold high‑quality standards.

Required profile

Fluent communication in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
Strong interpersonal skills and confidence when speaking on calls.
Ability to handle both sales and service interactions.
High adaptability to work in rotational, roster‑based shifts.
