Custom Software Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Custom Software Engineer to design, develop, and enhance SAP solutions on the HANA platform. The role involves working with modern SAP frameworks and agile practices to deliver high‑performing, scalable applications that meet specific business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject‑matter expert, leading and collaborating with development teams.
• Make technical decisions and guide multiple teams on solution design.
• Provide problem‑solving support for immediate and cross‑functional teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing, mentoring, and best‑practice adoption.
• Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with client expectations and project goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP development for HANA.
• Completed 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a university degree).
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and integration processes.
