CTO / Technical Lead (AI‑Powered Mobile Apps)

About the role

StoryHug.ai is seeking a hands‑on CTO / Technical Lead to own the technology side of its AI‑powered mobile product. You will drive architecture, development, deployment and scaling while building a small engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end system architecture for mobile and backend services.
• Develop, test and publish mobile applications on Play Store and App Store.
• Integrate generative AI models, LLMs and TTS/voice APIs into the product.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployment and production monitoring.
• Lead technical decision‑making and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and deploying mobile apps (Flutter preferred) with 5,000–10,000+ downloads.
• Strong full‑stack development and system‑architecture background.
• Hands‑on experience with Firebase, cloud platforms and database integration.
• Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor.
• Ability to take a product from concept (0) to production (1) and scale it.
