About the role
We are seeking a data‑driven CRM Growth Executive to own the execution and optimisation of multi‑channel CRM campaigns. The ideal candidate will use user behaviour insights and performance metrics to drive engagement, retention and conversion across push, email, WhatsApp and SMS.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end execution of CRM campaigns on Push, Email, WhatsApp and SMS, including setup, scheduling, delivery and performance tracking.
- Design and run A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness and identify growth opportunities.
- Define and build user segments based on behaviour, engagement and lifecycle stages.
- Analyse campaign metrics (CTR, conversion, revenue impact) and produce dashboards and reports.
- Maintain the CRM campaign calendar aligned with business priorities and ensure optimal communication frequency.
- Collaborate with product, creative, copywriting and business teams to deliver campaigns and share insights.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle or growth marketing.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High ownership, accountability and comfort in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Push Notifications, Email, WhatsApp and SMS campaign execution.
- Design and analysis of A/B tests.
- Basic to intermediate SQL query writing and data extraction.
