Creator Growth & Community Manager

About the role

SuperLabs is seeking a Creator Growth & Community Manager to drive creator acquisition, build a vibrant community, and execute content‑led distribution for an early‑stage digital platform focused on music culture. This role blends growth marketing with hands‑on community work in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and convert creators within a defined niche through outbound and inbound outreach.
• Plan and execute short‑form and social content that drives organic growth and creator interest.
• Build and nurture relationships with early users and creators, establishing effective community touchpoints.
• Improve onboarding flows, increase first‑action rates, and address funnel drop‑offs.
• Design and run weekly growth experiments, track real outcomes, and iterate quickly based on data.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing, community or creator ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and creator behavior.
• Proven ability to grow audiences, communities, or user bases.
• Comfortable executing plans in an unstructured, early‑stage environment.
• Strong written communication and content instincts.
• High ownership and bias toward execution.
