Creative Producer

About the role

Social Beat is seeking a Creative Producer who can blend storytelling with hands‑on production. The role involves both behind‑the‑camera planning and on‑camera performance, overseeing the full lifecycle of short‑form video content from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end production, including pre‑production planning, shoot execution, and post‑delivery.
• Manage shoot logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, budgets, and quality control.
• Oversee lighting, framing, aesthetics, and cost‑efficient production setups.
• Ensure content is delivered on time, on budget, and meets creative standards.
• Maintain a scalable production pipeline for consistent output.
• Coordinate seamlessly between strategy, production, and performance teams.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos in‑house when required.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and external partners while maintaining high creative standards and fast turnaround.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience as a producer, with occasional acting roles.
• Strong understanding of short‑form content ecosystems.
• Proven experience managing shoots, vendors, and timelines.
• Comfortable both behind and in front of the camera.
• Analytical mindset combined with strong creative instincts.
