Creative Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Creative Marketing Specialist will design and execute marketing strategies that amplify artists, album releases and tours, driving audience growth and brand visibility for Believe in Chennai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for artists, album launches and tours.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across social media, digital advertising, PR, influencer and experiential marketing.
• Build, mentor and manage a team of marketing professionals.
• Collaborate with A&R, artist management, creative and digital teams to align marketing with artistic vision.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently and monitor ROI.
• Identify and negotiate brand partnerships, sponsorships and media collaborations.
• Analyse campaign performance, consumer insights and market trends to optimise strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing teams and delivering successful campaigns for artists or brands.
• Strong project‑management and budget‑management capabilities.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, paid media and the music landscape.
• Extensive network within the music and entertainment industry is a plus.
• Passion for music combined with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred).
