Courier – Ground Operations (On‑Road Delivery)

About the role
Join FedEx as a Courier in our Ground Operations team, delivering packages efficiently across a variety of locations. You will be the face of our service, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
Key responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver packages to designated addresses within specified timeframes.
- Plan and follow optimal routes using GPS and local area knowledge.
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and pickups.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members.
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance and ensure safe operation of the delivery vehicle.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
