Cost Controller – Finance Partner for Global Support Functions

About the role

We are looking for a Cost Controller to join the Cost Management team within Ramboll’s global finance organisation in Noida, India. The role acts as a trusted finance partner for the company’s support functions, overseeing cost performance, financial planning and analysis across a portfolio that spans more than 35 countries and roughly DKK 14 billion in revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for financial results and budgeting of the cost management area.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring transparency and accuracy for senior management.
• Drive continuous cost‑improvement initiatives and monitor performance against targets.
• Support business planning, forecasting and scenario analysis for global support functions.
• Partner with stakeholders across the matrix organisation to provide strategic financial advice.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a service‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and interact confidently with senior leaders.
• Experience as a finance partner or controller in a large, multi‑country organisation.
• High level of visibility and comfort presenting financial information to senior management.
