Corporate Trainer – Delivery & Behavioral Development

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate high‑impact behavioral training programs for the Adani Group’s diverse business units. The role will align learning initiatives with the Skills and Education unit’s mission to build a future‑ready workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various business units.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed behavioral training within broader talent development strategies.
• Develop and deliver modules on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, and other critical competencies.
• Establish metrics and evaluation frameworks to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with external providers and industry experts to introduce cutting‑edge methodologies.
• Promote the use of digital learning platforms to increase accessibility and scalability.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale corporate training programs.
• Proven track record managing complex training projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and external partners.
