Corporate Recruiter – Marketing, Finance & Operations

About the role

As a member of Zillow's Talent Acquisition team in India, you will own the end‑to‑end recruiting process for General & Administrative functions, focusing on Marketing, Finance and Operations roles. You will partner closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent that supports Zillow’s mission of helping people unlock their next chapter.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from intake and calibration through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy and provide market insights.
• Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and targeted outreach.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience by guiding candidates, communicating consistently and supporting offer discussions.
• Leverage recruiting data and funnel metrics to track progress, identify improvements and drive better hiring outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting corporate functions.
• Demonstrated success hiring for Marketing, Finance, Legal or Operations roles.
• Experience in real‑estate, mortgage or fintech sectors is a plus.
• Strong sourcing expertise with a focus on building diverse candidate pools.
