About the role

ResultsCX is seeking a proactive Corporate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for its remote India team. You will partner with hiring managers, drive sourcing strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to new‑hire onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with department leaders to align hiring strategies with business goals.
• Utilize passive and direct sourcing techniques, including social media and professional networks, to create talent pipelines.
• Leverage in‑house recruitment tools and online platforms to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Oversee selection, presentation, negotiation, offer, and administrative processes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate documentation and ensure consistent use of assessment tools.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of full‑life‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting experience.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand hiring manager needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
