About the role
The Corporate Recruiter will lead campus‑based talent acquisition for entry‑level sales positions, building strong relationships with colleges and universities across the region. This full‑time role focuses on high‑volume sourcing, event coordination, and candidate management to support the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage a high volume of candidates each week.
- Develop and maintain relationships with selected colleges and universities.
- Manage candidates from initial interest through application and follow‑up.
- Plan and execute on‑campus recruiting events and attend career fairs.
- Promote the company at external events to attract qualified applicants.
- Collect and analyse data on application volumes within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure hiring targets are met.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of recruiting or sales experience.
- Strong computer proficiency, preferably with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and travel overnight as needed.
- Confident public speaking and presentation skills.
