Corporate Recruiter – IT & Non-IT Hiring

About the role

BuzzClan is seeking an energetic Corporate Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for both IT and non-IT positions across India. Based in Mohali, you will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and place qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles across India.
• Gather hiring requirements and design sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, employee referrals and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and evaluate suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified talent and update recruitment trackers/ATS.
• Negotiate salary offers and support onboarding formalities.
• Build and nurture talent pools for frequently hired positions.
• Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks and hiring best practices.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience in the Indian market, handling both IT and non-IT roles.
• Hands-on experience with major job portals such as Naukri, Foundit (Monster), Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques including Boolean search and social recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Experience in recruitment consultancies or staffing firms is a plus.
