About the role
We are seeking a qualified lawyer to join our Mumbai office as an Associate, focusing on corporate commercial practice and mergers & acquisitions. The role is full‑time and on‑site, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of high‑value transactions with minimal supervision.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, joint venture agreements, and other corporate documents.
- Conduct legal due diligence and support the execution of M&A transactions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to internal teams on corporate structuring and commercial risk.
- Coordinate with external counsel and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of deals.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with focused experience in corporate commercial practice and M&A.
- Demonstrated ability to handle complex transactions independently.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
